NELCO combined a historic fire station and North Andover’s municipal departments into a single structure. We restored and preserved original architectural touches like the old firehouse doors, and at the same time modernized windows, doors and finishes throughout. We added new features like the soaring atrium and balconies, creating a dramatic contrast with the repointed and restored exterior of the old firehouse. NELCO completed the project on schedule and within budget.
